I understand that during my participation in The Eden Valley Ultra Trail ("Activity") I may be exposed to risks that include, but are not limited to, the dangers of serious personal injury and death ("Injuries and Damages").
I agree to WAIVE, DISCHARGE CLAIMS, AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY Runaway Adventures Limited, its organisers, event hosts and leaders from any and all liability on account of, or in any way resulting from Injuries and Damages, in any way connected with the Activity.
I further agree to hold harmless Runaway Adventures and leaders from any claims, damages, injuries or losses caused by my own negligence while a participant on the Activity. I understand and intend that this assumption of risk and release is binding upon my heirs, executors and administrators.
After making a booking there is a 24 hour cooling period in which you can choose to cancel your entry and receive a full refund.
After this 24 hour cooling period if you wish to cancel your entry prior to August 1st 2020 you will receive a 50% refund. After this date no refunds will be issued.
All runners will receive a full refund if this race is cancelled due to Coronavirus restrictions.
If The Eden Valley Ultra Trail is cancelled due to factors outside of our reasonable control (excluding Coronavirus) we are not liable to issue refunds or pay compensation.
We will however always provide an reasonable alternative, such entry to a rescheduled event or deferal to the following years race. The best outcome will be decided at the time of such a scenario.
By participating in the Eden Valley Ultra Trail you take primary responsibilty for your own safety.
All participants must have appropriate medical, travel and personal liability for the event. By entering the event you are confirming that you have or will have adequate insurance cover for the event.
You must disclose all medical conditions to race staff upon registration. If you feel unwell or believe you are not fit enough to undertake the event, then you must not partake. If you have already started the event, you must stop immediately and call for assistance.
Any personal belongings left at the event site are done so at the participants risk, this includes the bag-drop area.
When you sign up for the Eden Valley we ask each partcipant to provide their name, email address and payment details.
We use Stripe to process these payments. You details are then stored inline with GDPR policies and are never shared with any other companies or people.
We will use this data to send you information and updates about the event.
